Bokai An, known as Andrew, is the International Program Manager at UmiVerse China where he oversees cross-border education programs between China and the UAE. With degrees in Economics (University of California, Riverside) and Law (Belarus State Economic University), Andrew brings a strong global perspective shaped by over eight years of international study and work.

His career spans sales leadership in the U.S., international collaboration at Xi’an Jiaotong University, and e-commerce innovation for AliExpress and TikTok. As an Aviation English instructor, he also designed blended learning programs with top-rated student feedback.

At UmiVerse, Andrew supports the planning and execution of international field trips, helping students engage in meaningful cultural exchange and research-based learning across borders.
