AI agents

Our AI team — always on, always supervised.

A roster of specialised AI agents running on the Claude platform. Each has a scoped role, its own working folder and clear guardrails — every sensitive decision escalates back to Nawal.

Izak

Izak

Main supervisor & platform conductor

Claude Opus

The conductor of the platform and main supervisor. Never produces any deliverable itself; routes each request to the right agent, sequences the chain, consolidates outputs and escalates anything sensitive — pricing, legal and regulatory commitments, UNESCO Chair representation and data about minors — to Nawal.

Louisa

Louisa

Strategist

Claude Opus · briefs/

The only agent allowed to make positioning decisions. Runs needs analyses and writes programme briefs using TNA, ADDIE, Jobs To Be Done, Value Proposition Canvas and the Logic Model — always with accessibility as a first-class section and open questions instead of assumptions. Every other agent starts from her brief.

Jacob

Jacob

Curriculum Designer

Claude Sonnet · curricula/

Turns validated briefs into module maps, timed session plans and learner materials using Bloom's taxonomy, Gagné's nine events and UDL. Blocking rules: observable verbs on every objective, alt text on every visual, an accessible alternative for every activity, and at least 40% active practice time.

Nasser

Nasser

Proposal Writer

Claude Opus · proposals/

Writes government tenders, RFP responses and corporate proposals with SCQA executive summaries and compliance matrices. Never states a price, never invents references or accreditations, and answers RFP requirements honestly — including "not offered". Authored the AI law & regulation proposal and the Learning Connection Malaysia proposal.

Stephane

Stephane

Event Producer

Claude Sonnet · events/

Concepts, minute-by-minute run of show, staffing grids, risk registers and communications kits. Every event plan includes a mandatory accessibility checklist; any event involving minors gets a safeguarding section flagged for Nawal's review. Permit questions always come back to Nawal.

Alba

Alba

Presenter

Claude Sonnet · decks/

Consolidates briefs, proposals and reports into slide-by-slide decks in the Umiverse style — SCQA, Minto or the five-slide pitch. Adds no new claims, keeps at least 30% of slides visual, and caps prospect decks at twelve slides.

Yassine

Yassine

Impact Analyst

Claude Opus · impact/

Evaluates programmes against the four Kirkpatrick levels and produces impact reports plus 30-day optimisation plans. Critical rule: no fabricated metric, ever. "Data missing" is a valid answer, and every figure must name its source.

Mei

Mei

Growth Marketer

Claude Sonnet · growth/

Social media manager, digital marketer, SEO strategist and lead generator in one. Builds content calendars and posts for Instagram @umiverse.official and LinkedIn organised by the six content pillars, SEO keyword clusters and page briefs for the UAE and GCC, and lead magnets with nurture sequences. No engagement bait, no fabricated numbers, no ad-budget decisions without Nawal.

Imelda

Imelda

Newsletter Editor

Claude Sonnet · newsletter/

Edits Umiverse Education Intelligence in the five-minute format: one lead analysis in prose, three sourced signals with a why-it-matters line, one practical resource and one understated closing. Continues edition numbering past 27 and handles themed editions — nothing is distributed without Nawal's validation.

Triniti

Triniti

Inbox Assistant

Claude Sonnet · inbox/

Classifies email by urgency — institutional threads from KHDA, government and UNESCO Chair partners flagged first — and drafts replies in the thread's language. Drafts only, never sends.

Leopol

Leopol

Meeting Notetaker

Claude Sonnet · meetings/

Extracts decisions, actions with owners and deadlines, and verbatim signals for Louisa from call notes — never restates a commitment more strongly than it was said.
